Ust Ayub is a tenured school leader with 17 years experience as Headteacher/Principal having previously served as head in four different schools with rolls of 2000+ pupils. He served as head for a 500-pupil primary school in England followed by three international private (British curriculum) schools in Kuwait, Saudi and UAE. He holds a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH England), BA (Hons) Bradford, and a Masters in Education (Huddersfield).
